TalkToHanuman is a devotional tool. We collect minimal data, never sell it, and never use it for advertising. This page explains exactly what we collect and why.
1. Who We Are
TalkToHanuman ("we", "us", "our") is an independent devotional AI product built in India. You can reach us at: hello@talktohanuman.com
2. What We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to run the service:
- Chat messages — what you type in the chat. These are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. We do not permanently store your chat history.
- Account information — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address.
- Payment information — processed securely by Cashfree/Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
- Usage data — basic analytics like how many messages were sent. No personal identifiers attached.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not track you across other websites
- We do not sell your data to anyone
- We do not show you ads
- We do not store your chat messages permanently
- We do not share your data with third parties except as listed below
4. Third Party Services
We use the following services to run TalkToHanuman:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your chat messages to generate responses. Their privacy policy →
- Vercel — hosts our website. Their privacy policy →
- Supabase — stores account data securely. Their privacy policy →
- Cashfree / Razorpay — processes payments. Your payment data is governed by their policies.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to remember your free message count and subscription status. This data stays on your device only. You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser data.
6. Children's Privacy
TalkToHanuman is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used our service, please contact us and we will delete the data.
7. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@talktohanuman.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
