TalkToHanuman is a devotional AI tool that provides spiritual reflection and guidance based on Hanumanji's life as described in the Valmiki Ramayana, Sundarkand, and Hanuman Chalisa.

2. Who Can Use This Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use TalkToHanuman. By using the service, you confirm you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, please use this service with parental awareness.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TalkToHanuman only for its intended devotional purpose. You must NOT:

• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or violent content
• Attempt to bypass the message limits through technical means
• Use automated tools or bots to send messages
• Try to extract or reverse-engineer our AI prompts or systems
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

• The Bhakt plan costs ₹101/month and auto-renews each month
• You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
• Payments are processed by Cashfree/Razorpay — we do not store payment details
• Refunds are not provided for partial months, but we will consider requests case by case
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Responses generated by TalkToHanuman are produced by an AI system. While we ground our responses in authentic scripture, the AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information.

All AI responses should be treated as a devotional starting point — not as definitive religious instruction. Always consult a qualified religious authority, pandit, or trusted elder for serious spiritual matters.

6. Intellectual Property

The TalkToHanuman name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by us. The scriptural texts (Ramayana, Hanuman Chalisa, etc.) are ancient public domain texts.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our website or app without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TalkToHanuman is provided "as is." We are not liable for any decisions you make based on content from this service. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
